Newsletter subscriptions

When you sign up, we collect your email address, your explicit consent, the consent wording version, the source page, and submission time. You must confirm your email before your subscription becomes active. You can unsubscribe from this publication using the link in its emails.

Contact and story submissions

We collect the details you choose to send: your name if supplied, email address, message, subject or story title, and source link. These are stored in a private editorial queue in Sprigpost. Sending a message does not subscribe you to a newsletter or publish your submission.

Service providers and delivery

Cloudflare hosts the website and Sprigpost services. Resend handles email delivery. Sprigpost records delivery events, including bounces, complaints and unsubscribe requests, so preferences and suppressions can be honored.

Protection and choices

Forms use rate limits and a hidden spam field. Sprigpost uses short-lived hashed network identifiers for abuse protection. This website does not add advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

For a correction, access request, or deletion request, contact the editors. We keep subscription preferences and suppression records needed to respect your choices.
